Terms and Conditions - ADZNEST

Hi there, and welcome to ADZNEST.

Before you use our website or any of our services, we want to be upfront about a few basic things. Nothing too complicated — just some simple terms so we’re all on the same page. If you’re using the site, we’ll assume you’re okay with how everything works.

What We Do

We help businesses grow online with a straightforward approach. Whether you need a new website, want help running ads on Google or Meta, or want someone to take over your social media or content, that’s where we come in. We also do video editing and SEO stuff, and give consulting if you're feeling stuck with digital marketing. Basically, if it’s online and needs strategy or creativity, we can probably help.

Don’t Be That Person

All we ask is that you use our site and services respectfully. No funny business — like trying to break our site, steal content, spam forms, or mess with what we’ve built. If we find anyone doing that, we won’t hesitate to block access or take it further if needed.

Who Owns What

All the stuff on this website — like the visuals, text, layout, and branding — belongs to ADZNEST. We worked hard to create it, so please don’t copy it or claim it as your own. If you like something, ask us. We’re friendly.

We’ll Do Our Best (But No Magic Promises)

We care a lot about results, and we genuinely want to see your business succeed. That said, the digital world moves fast — algorithms change, trends shift, and platforms update their rules. So while we’ll give it our all, we can’t guarantee 100% specific results. If something unexpected happens, we’re not liable for that. It’s just the nature of the game.

If These Terms Change

We might make changes to this page from time to time — nothing sneaky, we’ll just update it when needed. If you’re still using our site after that, it means you’re cool with the changes.

The argument in favor of using filler text goes something like this: If you use real content in the Consulting Process, anytime you reach a review point you’ll end up reviewing and negotiating the content itself and not the design.
