Refund Policy - ADZNEST

We like to keep things honest and simple.

Most of the work we do — whether it's designing a website, running ads, or managing content — takes time, effort, and planning from day one. So once we start working on a project, we usually can’t offer a refund, because time has already been in.

That being said, if you’ve paid us and we honestly haven’t started the work yet, or something serious happens on our side and we can’t move forward, just let us know. We’ll talk it out and see what makes sense. We’re not here to hold onto money for work we didn’t do.

And yeah, if you ever get charged twice by mistake or send a payment that wasn’t needed, just tell us. We’ll check and send it back — no drama.

We're not into hiding behind technicalities or fine print. If something doesn’t feel right to you, just reach out. We’re normal people, not some giant company with a legal team. We’ll talk it through.
